Saint Carat Return & Refund Policy
All sales are final.
Due to the nature of jewelry and the immediate processing of each order, Saint Carat does not accept returns, exchanges, cancellations, or buyer’s remorse refunds after purchase. By completing checkout, you agree that your order is final.
Please review your order carefully before purchasing, including product size, stone size, chain length, shipping address, and contact information.
Non-Returnable Items
All Saint Carat products are final sale, including but not limited to:
- Moissanite tennis chains
- Sale items
- Discounted items
- Promotional offer items
- Items purchased during limited-time sales
- Items that have been worn, used, damaged, altered, or removed from original packaging
Product Disclosure
Saint Carat products are moissanite jewelry, not natural diamond jewelry.
Moissanite is a lab-created gemstone known for high brilliance and shine. Any phrases such as “diamond shine,” “diamond-style,” or “iced out” are used to describe the look and style of the jewelry, not to claim that the stones are natural diamonds.
Metal, stone size, length, and product details are listed on each product page. Slight measurement variations may occur.
Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items
Although all sales are final, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery if you believe you received the wrong item or a product arrived damaged.
To review the issue, you must email us with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos or video of the product
- Photos of the packaging
- A description of the issue
Claims submitted after hours of delivery may be denied.
If Saint Carat confirms that the item was incorrect or defective, we may offer a replacement, repair, store credit, or another resolution at our discretion. Do not send any item back unless we approve the return in writing first.
Not Covered
Saint Carat is not responsible for:
- Normal wear and tear
- Tarnishing caused by water, sweat, chemicals, lotions, cologne, or improper storage
- Damage caused by pulling, bending, dropping, or misuse
- Lost jewelry after delivery
- Customer ordering the wrong size or length
- Customer changing their mind after purchase
This policy does not limit any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
Saint Carat Shipping Policy
Saint Carat ships orders to the address provided at checkout. Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping name, address, apartment/unit number, email, and phone number before placing an order.
Once an order is placed, we cannot guarantee that address changes, cancellations, or edits can be made.
Processing & Delivery
Orders are processed as quickly as possible. Estimated shipping times are shown at checkout or in your order confirmation when available.
Delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by carrier delays, holidays, weather, customs, or other issues outside of our control.

By purchasing from Saint Carat, you confirm that:

- You understand Saint Carat does not sell natural diamond jewelry
- You understand all sales are final after purchase.
- You reviewed the size, length, stone size, price, and product description before ordering.
- You provided a correct shipping address.
- You understand Saint Carat is not responsible for carrier delays, stolen packages after delivery, or failed deliveries caused by incorrect customer information.
- You agree to contact Saint Carat within 48 hours of delivery for any damaged, defective, or incorrect item claim.
